Tech365 provides information about parts, accessories, device recovery, refurbishment and trade services for repair businesses. Some features, including trade pricing and ordering, require a trade account.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Site at any time. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.

Trade accounts

Trade account registration is subject to review and approval. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close trade accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security or compliance risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that could harm the Site, our systems or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Trade and operational services may be delivered through partner systems. Your use of those services may also be subject to separate terms.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or trade services, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for claims relating to the Site in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for trade services in that period, or £100 if no such payments were made.
